Abstract

In dieser Arbeit wird dem Versuch nachgegangen, eine Art Determinante für gewisse Differentialoperatoren zu definieren. Dabei wird zunächst auf die Sturm-Liouville´sche Eigenwerttheorie eingegangen und abschließend ein Theorem aus "Theorem on Infinite Products of Eigenvalues of Sturm-Liouville Type Operators", 1977 von S. Levit und U. Smilanski ausführlich aufgearbeitet und bewiesen.
