Abstract

Die Dissertation untersucht das Phänomen des Drehtüreffekts bei sogenannten „Systemsprengern“ aus der subjektiven Perspektive betroffener Jugendlicher. In einer qualitativen Interviewstudie mit 21 Jugendlichen werden Muster von Abbrüchen, Gewalt, Beziehungslosigkeit und mangelnder Partizipation sichtbar. Die Analyse zeigt, dass unzureichende Kommunikation und fehlende Einbindung zentrale Faktoren für Eskalationen sind. Die Studie plädiert für mehr Beziehung, Menschlichkeit und Partizipation in der pädagogischen Arbeit, um systemisches Scheitern zu verhindern.

Traumatized children and adolescents in the revolving door effect between the systems

The dissertation examines the phenomenon of the revolving door effect in so-called "system crashers" from the subjective perspective of affected adolescents. In a qualitative interview study with 21 adolescents, patterns of dropouts, violence, lack of relationships and lack of participation become visible. The analysis shows that insufficient communication and lack of involvement are central factors for escalations. The study advocates more relationships, humanity and participation in educational work to prevent systemic failure.
