Abstract

After nearly 25 years work on the lexikography of Sater Frisian, Dr. Fort has, in addition to the new second edition of his Sater Frisian Dictionary, now published a Sater Frisian version of the New Testament and the Psalms. Germanic Studies now disposes over a complete translation of the New Testament and the Psalms into East Lauwers Frisian on the basis of the German ecomenical 'unified translation' of the Bible and the original text in Ancient Greek.
