ICTA-EMoS is organized by the Nelson Mandela African Institution of Science and Technology (NM-AIST), Tanzania, and the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, Germany, under the umbrella of the Centre of Excellence for ICT in East Africa, CENIT@EA. This first installment of ICTA-EMoS took place at Arusha International Conference Centre (AICC) on the 24th and 25th of November 2022
