Abstract

Aufgabenredefinitionen werden als Ausgangspunkt für die Untersuchung der Tätigkeit in Mobilen Diensten sowie Beratungs- und Unterstützungssystemen im Förderschwerpunkt emotionale und soziale Entwicklung genutzt. Dabei gilt die Analyse einerseits der Aufarbeitung der Vielfalt dieser Institutionen, andererseits den Begründungszusammenhängen – insbesondere den Personalen Faktoren – für die Übernahme und Ausgestaltung von Aufgaben. Als Theoretische Grundlegung dient das Rahmenkonzept der Aufgabenübernahme nach J.R. Hackman (1969). Dieses wird ergänzt durch Weiterentwicklungen und Grundlagen der Arbeitspsychologie, bspw. dem MTO-Konzept. Sonderpädagogische Untersuchungen zu Aufgaben an der inklusiven Schule und zur Schulischen Konsultation ordnen die Thematik Fachwissenschaftlich ein. Die Erhebung erfolgte als Delphi-Studie. Nach Felderkundung und Pilotstudie, wurde eine umfassende Ausgangserhebung zu Aufgaben vorgenommen. Es folgten drei Wellen einer Paper-Pencil-basierten Delphi-Befragung. Abschließend wurden die Ergebnisse im Rahmen einer Gruppendiskussion erörtert.

Redefiniton of tasks is the main topic of this study about special education teachers working in ambulant services in the area of need ´emotional and behavioral difficulties` in Lower Saxony, Germany. The study emphasizes both ist context and the process of undertaking tasks. Drawing the concept of undertaking tasks by J.R. Hackman (1969), the study also considers the basics of occupational psychology with regards to tasks. Fort he purpose oft he study, pre-studies about the well-known differences between gueidlines of educational policy, the previous to present professional field and ritualized workflows as well as the diverse and innovative structures of ambulant services are employed. The research design of this study is a Delphi study. First, the author conducted an exploraty study with a questionnaire. Taking educational policy demands, scientific recommendations and personal influencing factors into account, the author developed a qualitative questionnaire for a Delphi-interview in three structural rounds. Bringing the results into a focus group, they were discussed with another approach bringing out differences and consensus arguments more clearly.
