Abstract

Mit der vorgelegten Arbeit wird erstmals ein mit wissenschaftlichen Methoden entwickelter Ansatz zu einer Berufsdidaktik für das Berufsfeld Körperpflege zur Diskussion gestellt. Zugrunde gelegt wurden bei dieser Untersuchung die sozialökonomische Situation des Friseurgewerbes, die Verbraucheransprüche an das Friseurgewerbe und die Berufsbildungspraxis im Berufsfeld Körperpflege. Es wurde aufgezeigt, dass die Berufsausbildung im Berufsfeld Körperpflege im Wesentlichen an tradierten Inhalten und Zielen festhält und durch Fehlausbildung gekennzeichnet ist. Dadurch werden erhebliche personelle und materielle Ressourcen fehlgeleitet. Es wurde festgestellt, dass der fachdidaktische Ansatz im Berufsfeld Körperpflege durch eine Berufsdidaktik ersetzt werden sollte. Daraufhin wurden Grundlagen einer aufgabenorientierten Berufsdidaktik für den Berufsschulunterricht in Friseurinnenklassen entwickelt und in einem fächerübergreifenden Unterrichtsprojekt erprobt. Auf der Grundlage erarbeiteter Einsichten und den allgemeinen didaktischen Vorgaben des KMK-Rahmenlehrplans wurde ein Lehrplanentwurf für den Ausbildungsberuf Friseurin / Friseur im Bundesland Bremen entwickelt.

For the first time there will be presented a contribution developed with scientific methods for a discussion about the didactics for the profession line of body care. This investigation is based on the social-economic situation of the branch of craft of hairdressers, the consumer's claims towards the branch of craft of hairdressers and the vocational training of the trade of body care used until now. It has been shown that the education in the trade of body care essentially holds onto traditional contents and aims and is indicated by insufficient contents. Thereby huge personal and material resources are misappropriated. It has been identified that the skill oriented didactic should be replaced by a profession oriented didactic. As consequence the fundamentals of a task oriented professional didactic for lessons at the vocational school for classes for woman hairdressers have been developed. They were tested in an instruction project which integrated different areas of educational training. On the basis of achieved insights and the common didactic instructions of the KMK-guidelines for vocational training a concept of a teaching curriculum has been developed for the trade of woman hairdresser / hairdresser in the Federal State of Bremen.
