Abstract

Assays of the daily routine in the laboratory, such as „HerdCheck BVDV Ag/Serum Plus“, „HerdCheck IBRgB“ and „HerdCheck Anti-IBRgE Antibody Test“ (IDEXX GmbH) shall be correctly processed by the ELISA-Processing Station, which is developed and constructed by PETERS Technologie. The ELISA-Processing Station does not only contain the Input module and Output lift, Miktrotiterplatehotel and dispensers of PETERS Technologie but also constructions of third companies: - 3x Elx405 Mikroplatten-Washer, BioTek® - PowerWave 340 Mikroplatten-Spektralphotometer,BioTek® - Robotic Arm, DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED - 1x Inkubator STX 110 IC, 1x Incubator STX 110 HC, LiCONiC Instruments This thesis aims to bring the confirmation of the correct working of the ELISA Processing Station including preamble and submission guidelines. This implies the correct processing of different Assays by a high occupancy rate and following the specifications of the assay manucfaturer, the qualitiy management and of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 at the same time.
